He’s done it again! Tommy Lang in 4th Class has made yet another outstanding stop-motion video! This one is all about a day at the beach, and the work of the coastguard. He has excellent sound in this one and his use of his voice is truly excellent. Well done Tommy! Another exceptional piece of work! See Tommy’s previous videos here and here. lego a day at the beach from St Peter’s, Bray on Vimeo.

I have been working with Mr. Kinsella to make a stop motion animation. First we planned our story and then we wrote it. After I corrected and edited it we made a list of everything we needed to make it. Filming started last week and we hope to have it finished before Easter and up on the blog. In the meantime I hope you enjoy the trailer! By Jordan Farrell IMG 0159[1] from St Peter's, Bray on Vimeo.

Tommy has started a new trend for film-making. Cathal from 3rd class and Robert from 5th class are showcasing their excellent stop-motion films made at home today! They used Lego and a stop-motion app to create two videos. They plan to make another one using Cathal’s crane over the weekend. We’re really impressed by our students’ creativity! As you all know, Tommy Lang in 4th Class is a stop-motion video making wizard! We are so proud of the work he does. You can see an example of his other work on this blogpost! Today we’re sharing Tommy’s recent video.  It is all about the work that takes places in an airport! It is truly amazing. He uses voice and audio clips from the internet and his bedsheets act as clouds. It is just so clever. You must see it here. Well done Tommy! Our favourite part is where the door closes and where the tea and coffee is being served! lego from St Peter’s, Bray on Vimeo.

It is lovely when students let us know about some of the amazing and creative things that they like to do in their spare time at home. We were absolutely delighted when Tommy Lang in 4th Class filled us in on the stop-motion animation videos that he like to make at home on his Nintendo 2DS. We were all looking forward to the new Lego movie coming out – now we’re thinking that we don’t need to see it as we have Tommy’s brilliant movie that is just incredible to watch. Well done Tommy, we’re so proud of you. Make sure you have a look and let him know what you think of...
