3rd Class had a very ‘egg-citing’ day on Friday. They took part in an Easter egg hunt around our school. The children worked in teams of three and four. They completed five different challenges over the day which led them to clues as to where the Easter eggs were hidden. Adam Hackman was the star of the show with his quick skills completing the egg co-ordinates grid and working out that the second set of eggs were in the library. The boys found eggs in the grass at the front of the school, in the library and in the back yard. Once they had completed all of the challenges they made their way to Ms Whyte who gave them their last token. This token was cashed in with Ms. Byrne for an Easter egg! Many thanks to Mr Kinsella for all of his help with the challenges and hiding the eggs.

The boys really enjoyed the day and we wish you all a very Happy Easter. Check out the pictures from our Easter Hunt here!
