Hi all bloggers!

Last Friday we planted sunflower seeds and learnt about the lifecycle of a seed.
We learned that seeds need water, sunlight, soil and air to grow.

First we needed a plastic cup, a big bag of soil, 2 seeds each and a 1/4 of a cup of water.
We filled the cup 3/4 full with soil. We made a hole in the middle with our fingers. We our 2 seeds inside seperately. We covered them over with soil and pat them down. We added a 1/4 cup of water and put our cups in the window sill so that they would catch the sunlight and air.

We are so excited to watch them grow over the next few weeks and months.
Arturas is going to be watering them every day!
